AN INDULGING, TREAT-YOURSELF RECIPE FROM BAILEYS

Pavlova?? We hardly know her…actually, yeah, after our last divine pavlova cocktail recipe, we actually know her quite well!

Yep, we’re back again with yet another famed pavlova recipe, as after  you gorgeous gays quite literally ate up last month’s pav inspired recipe, we decided to go back to our best buds at Baileys for even more.

We said, “Hun, give us more of your Irish cream Pavlova goodness?”, and they were like, “No worries babes, here’s a pav recipe with a Baileys twist – now you can have your Baileys pav and eat it, too!”

Seriously, aren’t Baileys just divine – big indulgent energy, always!

Okay good lookin’, let’s get cookin’!

RECIPE (MAKES 1)

1 Large pavlova base

600ml thickened cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp icing sugar

• Mixed berries to serve

• 200ml Baileys Summer Berry Pavlova Flavoured Liqueur

NOTE: THIS RECIPE CONTAINS ALCOHOL

METHOD

While we prepare the other ingredients, set aside your large pavlova base on a serving tray. Note: you in-fact are also serving face, body and stellar personality – you’re a superstar baby, don’t you ever forget that!

Now back to cooking! Beat the thickened cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar together with an electric mixer until peaks form. If you don’t have an electric mixer, then we’re gonna be here all day and all night honey, but hey, we’re right here with you babe.

Once peaks have formed, spoon (note: not the cuddling type) the mixture onto the pavlova base, and scatter your mixed berries on top.

Finally, drizzle 200ml of goodness (AKA Baileys Summer Berry Pavlova Flavoured Liqueur) over the top, and dig in. Oh and if you’re sharing, make sure to take the largest piece, because she won’t last long.

We want to enjoy this moment with you, so head on over to IG and show us your creation by tagging @baileysofficial and don’t forget to #drinkresponsibly…you’re a role model babe.
