Grab your fanciest party frocks and strut into Kimpton Margot Sydney this February for the launch of OUT at Margot’s, a dazzling disco brunch hosted by Australia’s hottest drag superstar, Hollywould.

In celebration of Sydney WorldPride, Kimpton Margot Sydney will be transformed into a sea of rainbows, live music and drag queens from 4 February with OUT at Margot’s taking over Luke’s Kitchen every Saturday in February from 11:30am to 4pm.

Hailed as Australia’s very own Naomi Campbell, Hollywould will mesmerise brunch diners with her gorgeous gender-bending looks and fabulous talent, while DJ Brett Riesling brings four-to-the-floor beats of pure disco joy from the classics of Donna Summer and Mardi Gras legend Kylie Minogue to local favourite’s Chase Zera and Midnight Pool Party.

Fairah Nuff, an up-and-coming Sydney drag superstar will also perform at OUT at Margot’s and alongside Hollywould on 4th and on 11th February.

Having already garnered a cult following, Bottomless Brunch at Luke’s Kitchen has undergone a drag-tastic makeover during Sydney WorldPride to offer guests a delicious 5-course set menu with specially created dishes such as Rainbow Pancake and Chai Panna Cotta with Sugar Coated Fennel Seed complemented by bottomless glasses of sparkling rose for just $95 per person.

Kick off the fun and frivolity with a Strapping Sour Cocktail on arrival, a delicious concoction of passion fruit infused vodka mango puree, strawberry, green fairy floss, 100‘s and 1000’s and a sour strap. Then make the most of Kimpton Margot’s famous drink trolleys laden with everything from negroni’s and Aperol Spritz for just $15 or Bloody Mary’s and Espresso Martinis.

10% of all cocktail sales throughout Sydney WorldPride will be donated to the Pinnacle Foundation, an invaluable foundation that provides educational scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTIQ+ Australians to realise their full potential and overcome challenges arising from their identity.

Bringing a touch of big city glamour to Sydney’s CBD, with terrific atmosphere gleaned from the stylish Art Deco light fittings, grand windows and plush underfoot carpets in the lobby and restaurant, OUT at Margot’s has your weekend wrapped up.
